Shipping Policy

We are happy to offer free shipping within Canada on majority of our Speakers and Receivers. All eligible products will be marked with Free Shipping within the product page.

 

Larger items may be subject to a weight surcharge, these items will be marked in the product description page.

 

We ship from coast to coast in Canada via Canada Post and on some occasions via other package carriers. Once shipped we include a tracking number to track every package and all packages must be signed for at the door when delivered.

 

All packages are shipped during weekdays only, any orders placed on a Friday will be shipped out the following workday.

 

At this point in time, we can only offer shipping within Canada and do not offer international shipping.

Returns Policy

Majority of Speakers and Receivers purchased on our website may be returned in original packaging, un-used and un-opened for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

 

Returns can be shipped back to our head office. Customers are responsible for shipping costs incurred during the return processes and ensuring packages arrive in good condition.

 

Returns must arrive in original packaging, unused and in good condition with all packaging and accessories.

 

For B-stock (Open Box, Refurbished, & Showroom Demo) Please contact us if unsatisfied with product and looking to return.
