All our open box products have minimal usage and play time and come with an Automated Entertainment certification to work to manufacturer's specification. Each and every open box product have been fully tested, cleaned of all previous specific information, and come with all original manufacture boxes, manuals and accessories. All of our open box products carry the full manufacturer's warranty.

We Ship all Open Box Products at a flat rate of $29.98 across all of Canada excluding the Territories.

We only ship from coast to coast in Canada via Canada Post & Canpar and on some occasions via other package carriers. Once shipped we include a tracking number to track every package and all packages must be signed for at the door when delivered.

While we don’t expect any issues with products, occasionally issues come along, so for peace of mind being your authorized dealer in Toronto, the Greater Toronto Area, and Canada we are pleased to offer manufacturer warranty on all products sold on our webstore and in store.
